Gabriela holds a Bachelors' Degree in Psychology from Universidad Central de Venezuela. She worked for a couple of years in the Human Resources area of prestigious consulting firms in Caracas. Later she obtained a Masters' degree in Business Administration and International Management from Case Western Reserve University and Thunderbird School of Global Management. She specialized in Human Resources and worked several years in the area in the United States and Mexico. She joined Lingua in 2005, helping develop and grow the business and currently she is accountable for Finance and Human Resources.
